1 Packet Hakka Noodles
14 Garlic cloves,chopped
1 Tablespoon Ginger,finely chopped
2 Green Chilies,slit
1/2 Cup Cabbage,shredded
6 Sprigs Scallion,green and White,chopped
1/4th Cup Yelow Bell Pepper Shredded
1/4th Cup Carrot,shredded
as per taste Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Sauce
2 Tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Oil as per need
2 Tablepsoons Cornstarch

First, cook the noodles as per packet instructions.Apply oil to noodles along with cornstarch,coat well and keep aside.
Now in a thick bottom pan,add oil. When the oil is hot, add the noodles in batches and fry them till crisp.
Drain the noodles on absorbent paper.
In a pan,add oil,keep the gas on high heat and add garlic,ginger and green chilies.
Toss them so that they don’t get burned.
When the garlic is oozing aroma,add all veggies,salt and sugar.
Toss on high heat,till veggies are nicely cooked.
This mixture will start leaving aroma that would fill your house with restaurant style food aroma.
Add all sauces,vinegar and toss the mixture.
Now to serve,in a bowl or plate place the noodles,add the veggie mixture enough for each serving.
Toss the nodles and veggie mixture well,crush the noodles slightly with a spoon so that the veggie mixture coats the noodles well and serve immediately.
